Where are the samples?

I purchased Sephora flash because I wanted to check out Sephora for a change from my local ULTA. The closest Sephora store is an hour away from me. I am always excited to pick out the samples with my order and I didn't receive any of them!!! I understand if they ran out of the samples but replaced it with others but blatently not providing what is advertised is EXTREAMLY shady! This really makes me feel salty for Sephora. After sending an email they offered to give me 70 points. Not even the amount to cover 1 of the three missing samples! This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They shouldn't advertise anything they cannot provide.
