Cancelling an order

I’m just very disappointed with how crappy the system is to cancel an order. I sent it to the wrong address and now I can’t cancel my order because you don’t have an online system like every other company in the world. And I have to wait until I go back so I can return it because I didn’t even mean to place this order and now I am stuck with it. Get anonline system this is ridiculous. I don’t even want to call because I know I am not going to get the results I need. I just wish you guys would get onboard with online cancelling because this has made me very frustrated and I typically have been very happy with you guys in the past.
