Retuns
I have two foundations I don't like anymore and I would like to return
it but I don't have the boxes or receipts. I'm a beauty insider and
don't know how to go about this.

Purchase History in store. Without a receipt, you can receive store

Changing birthdate?
When I first signed up for Sephora I accidentally put in October 22,
1995 when it's supposed to be October 22, 2000. I'd like to change this,
but unfortunately there isn't an option to do so.

Hi Ang2200, You will not be able to update your birthday on your own
however, I just updated it for you! You may need to log in and out of
your account in order to view the updated change.

UNSUCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION
please help i have recently done two orders and they both say
unsuccessful authorization what does this mean?????????? Does sephora

When i was making an account i selected a random year and this is really
bugging me now. I was searching through all of the settings and i still
can't find how to change it. Could you please change the year to 2003

I am really sad about this too because I finally gave this foundation a
try when I saw it was on sale and have LOVED it! I wish I had tried it
sooner, but now I wish I had stocked up knowing how much it would agree
