New Gift Card Shows $0 Balance...

Hi,

I got a $100 gift card for Christmas and I tried to use it, scratching off to reveal the PIN code only today. It said there is a $0.00 balance. This is impossible. I managed to get my hands on the original receipt as well if you need to see it. I hope this can be resolved very soon. Super disappointing.
