Samples with Orders?
Do we not get a choice of samples before checking out online anymore?
Ordered yesterday and was never prompted to select any samples. I hope
this small bonus hasn’t gone to the wayside too.

samples to your order at checkout. It should look something like this: I

received random samples but not the item I ordered
I recieved a box of random samples this week but not the item I ordered.
The samples are also not the ones I ordered and did not receive the
items bought with points. My invoice was in the box but none of the
things on the invoice were in the box.

Store credit
So I have store credit that I want to use but the items I want aren't in
stock at any Sephora nearby. Am I just stuck with these cards and have

Missing samples again.
What a nuissance to talk about it again... I didn’t get what I chose and
I only got 2 even if customer service said I would get the 3 that I
picked in future. I’m gonna give away some samples to my friends. Hope
there are some who want those.

This has happened to me two times in a row now... the first time I
received only two samples and the order I received today only had one..
Also, NONE of the samples are what I chose or remotely close to it..
