Store credit

So I have store credit that I want to use but the items I want aren't in stock at any Sephora nearby. Am I just stuck with these cards and have money that I just can't use on the items I want?

Hi @kayzhar,

 

I'm sorry to hear this! The store merchandise cards will never expire, and can be redeemed for merchandise at any Sephora store. Regretfully, these are unable to be redeemed online, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
