received random samples but not the item I ordered

I recieved a box of random samples this week but not the item I ordered. The samples are also not the ones I ordered and did not receive the items bought with points. My invoice was in the box but none of the things on the invoice were in the box.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I never had this happen before and don't know what to do and I don't know how does one "prove" they didn't get items they paid for when they are on the invoice?
