I called earlier but I’m very upset. It’s not the customer service fault... I ordered theee Seperate orders to receive the IN-STOCK Anastasia Dip brow and didn’t receive one. I should be credit $18 or a free Auburn dip brow since I did spend $800 in the past 4 months and I never returned a item. I’m a hard working high paying customer. I really wanted to try the dip brow and I have an$45 order waiting to check out when my check goes through at 100m est tonight and still says IN-Stock!! That was the one thing I’ve been wanting for a long time and still haven’t received it

I haven’t received a email yet... I emailed a couple times with pictures and proof that I was not compensated the sample and I didn’t receive the free sample row and I did email you the information but I still didn’t get a response
