Missing samples again.

What a nuissance to talk about it again... I didn’t get what I chose and I only got 2 even if customer service said I would get the 3 that I picked in future. I’m gonna give away some samples to my friends. Hope there are some who want those.

This has happened to me two times in a row now... the first time I received only two samples and the order I received today only had one.. Also, NONE of the samples are what I chose or remotely close to it..

I can understand how you feel. It always happens to me only except 2 times when I order more than $200. Maybe I stop using Sephora app.
