Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I am livid. I am spoken to about 18 people at Sephora because they keep canceling my orders. I have been a loyal customer since Sephora first opened in Soho in 1998. I am VIB Rouge. I have been given multiple reasons by multiple people. It is not my credit card. It is not my address. Yesterday, it was fraud on my account and reset my password. NOPE. Still can't place an order. I am so hopping mad. WHY WILL YOU NOT LET ME PLACE AN ORDER? Of course, my PLAY box goes through without an issue. THIS IS FRAUD. I demand someone fix my account immediately.

I was helped over the phone yesterday and told everything was fine and then THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER.

 

I called again today. Maybe they fixed. Maybe they didn't. THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS BS OF ALL TIME.

 

WHY WON'T YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND SEND ME MY MASCARA.

Now the new order they placed over the phone doesn't even show up in my account.
