Sample missing several times!
I didn't receive any sample in my last 2 orders, samples are one of my
main reasons to buy from Sephora because in that way I can try new
products. What's happening with this issue?

Cancelling Sephora Play by Actual Computer - Not phone
I had been trying to cancel my Sephora Play subscription and realized
the best way to cancel was by an actual computer. I had been trying to
cancel through my phone and it was not working and as soon as I went
online and tried there it was easier.

I am so ANGRY!!!!
So I have reached out over the past week to no avail. I have had almost
5 orders cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization and this is just

Mobile app crashes
Ever since the April 25th update the mobile app crashes upon launch. I
get the black and white striped loading screen and then it crashes. I
have tried restart the phone, Uninstalling and re-installation of the
app with no success.
