LASERSHIP STOLE TWO OF MY SEPHORA PACKAGES

TWICE now in the last few months a package supposedly delivered by Lasership has NOT actually been delivered. Are their drivers just chucking our stuff into the bushes and then marking it as delivered? Selling it on ebay?  It really seems like it. I've been ordering consistently from Sephora since 2008 and made Rouge ever since the program started and have NEVER lost packages before.....until Lasership.

 

A quick search through the Customer Support board here or simply googling for "lasership" will quickly convince you that this delivery company is substandard, incompetent, dishonest, and possibly criminal.  Why does Sephora continue to use them as a default shipping option?

 

The first time my Sephora delivery went missing I was so freaked out that I called my bank to put a stop payment on the charge.  Before calling my bank I went through the whole Lasership customer service rigamarole (sounds like others have gotten the exact same runaround) where they promise to investigate but then end up doing nothing, not even acknowledging that their driver fraudulently marked a package as delivered when it clearly wasn't. 

 

After that I reached out to Sephora who, to their credit, believed me and re-sent the package via UPS.  However I got the dreaded "Authorization unsuccessful" message for MONTHS after that, meaning Sephora refused to fulfill any online orders to me.  I can tell you Ulta got all my business after that.  Finally after 3-4 additional calls to Sephora customer service the issue was cleared up.  I was finally able to successfully make an online order.  WHICH THEN NEVER ARRIVED THANKS TO LASERSHIP!

 

At this point it feels like any orders I make from Sephora are almost guaranteed to cause frustration one way or another.  I love Sephora and their excellent product selection.  It's really sad that a fraudulent, criminal business partner like Lasership has destroyed the trust relationship I had with Sephora.
