Unsucceful authorization

I placed an order via Paypal on the 9th of Feb, 2018, and I only checked back to see "Unsuccessful Authorization". Also in Paypal I am seeing, Authorization Pending. I am very annoyed and confused as to why this is occurring. HELP

I have the same problem now and my money had been taken out from my paypal account and it says pending ... what's happening?

Hi @GingerPfeiffer,

 

I'm sorry about this! Sephora does not charge for orders until they ship out. Since the order could not be authorized and will not ship, the pending authorization will reverse to your PayPal account, and this may take up to 1 PayPal billing cycle.
