Please help!!!......

I don't live near a Sephora, so I order online, and spend thousands. For the first time in 2 years of me subbing to Play, I am FINALLY able to use my 50 points card and not just throw it away and it go to waste every month!! So I placed a 100 order and realized it has to go in under "promotions" that's not fair!! Because it takes my promotion put. It's bad enough most of the time you don't send my samples, or promos, etc and I depend on these to try and test out, since I "can't just go into the store and ask for a sample" So I place the 100 order and decide to buy a simple eyeshadow to use my 50 play points....WHY IS IT TELLING ME I HAVE TO SPEND 20 DOLLARS TO USE AND GET MY FREE POINTS?!? Like, I would spend 25 or 35 to get an extra promo (if I am lucky and it gets sent!!) to try out products out, so if they work for me, I will buy full size!! I depend on my samples and promotions. So why can't I use my 50 point card?!?! It's not right in NEVER able to use it in the first place, or am I able to use ANY rouge benefits EVER..but now I can't even use my points the ONE time I am able too?!?!
