Shipping
I ordered a while ago and my order still hasn't even been shipped out
yet. If I would have known it'd take this long just to ship out, I would
have just went to the actual store. Jeeze 😞

There is a huge amount of orders with the two sales Sephora had. It
clearly says when you checkout that there may be a 2-5 delay in the
processing of your order because of this. There isn't really any...

Problem with delivered shipment
I have made the order on 9th Nov, but I still do not receive my products

Having the same problem too and emailing CS doesn't help at all. Placed
an order on 10 Nov and no notifications on my order being cancelled
whatsoever. It's still registered as pending on my PayPal though.

Did you make sure your billing address is correct? If it doesn't match
the authorization can fail.. Sephora will refund immediately but bank
can take 1-7 days to refund

Have u checked with them via email or call?i just got email notification
that my order is shipped on 17th, exactly 7days as per they said (haha).
Anyway I’m happy they didn’t cancel it or whatever. Hopefully you could
