Please Ditch OnTrac!

Please, please, please ditch OnTrac, Sephora.  Their service is horrible!  Over the last month I have had 3 packages delivered by them & every single one has been left in my yard.  I have submitted 2 customer service requests to OnTrac letting them know that I am concerned about packages left in my yard being stolen & asking them to have the driver bring them to the door/porch like USPS, UPS & FedEx do, but nothing changes.  Today I literally watched the driver throw my package from the sidewalk into my yard. I had no idea they were actually throwing them & am glad I hadn't ordered an eye shadow palette or something similar that could have wound up broken.  I am truly upset at their lack of consideration for the packages they deliver and their lack of response when presented with their poor service.  Pretty please stop using OnTrac!

Hi @mrsmouse I'm so sorry to hear this and I will forward this feedback to the appropriate department, so we can look into this further. In the meantime, if you would like to avoid having your orders shipped with OnTrac, I recommend choosing USPS option at checkout.

I really appreciate you forwarding the info on, keelybt!  Would you happen to know if I request USPS at checkout if I will still get the flash shipping?  I really don't want to use them anymore, but I'd still like to get my packages quickly.  Thanks again for the help!!  🙂
