Yes, you can still return it in store. I had the same thing happen with
me with another product that they don't sell instore. I just came with
my receipt and they took it back with no problems.

@makeuplover2337 I believe Sephora employees will ask for your state ID
or driver’s license when you try to make a return without receipt. There
is also a $ limit per year to returns without receipts!
