Order

Hello , i recently placed an order which i used 1500 of my points to get a trio of Bite Beauty Lipsticks and they have arrived . Every single one was broken at the base tho. Can i return these and get my points back ? I assume theres no more since they are no longer available in the rewards bazar . I’ll insert photos:( I don’t want to even try to use them because I fear they will snap off .
