Missing Gift Satchel -

Hi there I received an order and it was missing the gift satchel I paid for even though the sticker on the box said "Gift Satchel". I specifically made two separate orders with paid gift satchel on each order because I needed two and they don't sell them in the stores. How can I get the missing item? This is disappointing as the exact same thing happened to me in 2016, but I was hoping two years later Sephora would be a bit more careful to ensure the customer would receive all the items ordered. I also noticed that under the FAQ section of the sephora website it says the gift satchel is complimentary but I paid $3.00 for mine on each order and as I mentioned it was missing from order..
