@RebeccaAW Sounds like there may have been a bug on Gallery if you were
uploading from the mobile app. It has now been fixed - please give it

Hi @KatieBT,Thank you so much for following up! Unfortunately I tried
clearing my cache and it still didn’t work in Chrome or IE for me.
However, it did work perfectly on the app! Thanks so much for the info
and your help, also to @LaurieBT!

Kind of sucks African American hair type wasn't thought of too.
Marrocanoil is a brand I buy and is really great for all hair types that
could have added to be more inclusive. Or even the MCJW brand.
