Card. The card simply gives points to redeem rewards. If you have the
Sephora App, ask the cashier to scan your digital card to ...

Bite Beauty Set: damaged?
I received the Bite prep, line, and color set in the mail. The colors
are beautiful, but the bag was broken, the lip liner obviously worn
down, and the lip balm used. Could I make an exchange for a undamaged
set?

Not getting spend credit
I made some purchases at a Sephora Inside JCPenney and didn't get my
spend credit. I've called customer service twice and they told me it was
fixed but it's not showing on my end.

My unused gift card has a $0.00 balance?
I just tried using a $50 gift card I got for Christmas on a purchase.
When I applied it to my order, it said the card has a $0.00 balance. Not
