Undelivered package

My last order tracking number says my package was delivered two days ago, but I have not received the package. I am VIB Rouge and have been for the past number of years, I place many online orders and this is the first time ever that my package didn’t arrive. I’m very concerned and disheartened as along with my order, I also used 300 of my beauty points at the rewards bazaar. Please help. Is all hope lost?
