How can i add points after purchase?

Your points should automatically add to your account. When I first joined I purchased nars foundation and realized the girls at the checkout messed up and lied to my face and said they for sure put them on my beauty insider card but they didn’t. I started with 0 points after a 53 dollar purchase So make sure your account you make online matches to the one you have at the store. Because they have to look me up via email not phone.
