Different billing & shipping addresses
Hello, I'm trying to order something off Sephora to get shipped to a
different address, but it keeps telling me that I can't purchase the
item because my billing address on the card is different than my
shipping. Any ways on how to fix this?

Models in images
Hi! Previously Sephora used at least one image of a darker skin toned
women to show how the product looks on someone with a deep skin tone or
darker. Now they no no longer do that. Are they goi g to include darker
skin tones at some point. Thanks

damaged play! items
I received my Play! box and the Sunday Riley cream's lid was slightly
open and leaked all over the products upon shipping. The entire bag and
products are extremely greasy and soaked with the cream even after

Why is there ALWAYS AN ISSUE with my package!!!! Seriously....This is
ridiculous, Twice I gave extra instruction for delivery. I don't believe
