Broken bite stix in play box
Hi! The bite stix in my box had an oddly long tip and broke as soon as I
touched it. I tried to use it and the texture was super soft and
crumbled. It wasn’t like the other bite sticks that I own. I Love the
color though!

Lost or stole. Package
Hey I ordered makeup it said it was delivered on Monday but I never got

Just to reiterate what every other user on this thread has said: the new
loves list sucks, the sorting features don't work, and everytime I
remove something from my list it auto-reverts back to recently added.

Just received my Charlotte Tilbury blush!!!
I have ordered from the Charlotte Tilbury website directly and have
always received prompt delivery and well packaged items. I ordered from
Sephora to receive points and the products were tossed in a box and
manhandled by FedEx. Never again!

How awful! Although in defense of FedEx, if items are packaged properly
they should withstand the day to day shipping & tossing around that
packages endure whether shipped via UPS or FedEx. If packaged properly
they should arrive just fine.
