Account issues

Dear Sephora,

 
i am the first time client and not happy at all.   I paid for my items few weeks ago,but my card was refunded next day.Now my account is locked, but i want to be your client,happy client... I am based now in Europe,its very expensive to call you every time.
 
kindly help me out... i need that items. Please advise,,,
