Why is there ALWAYS an issue with getting my package!!!! Why bother making a purchase!

Why is there ALWAYS AN ISSUE with my package!!!! Seriously....This is ridiculous, Twice I gave extra instruction for delivery. I don't believe that a delivery was even attempted since I NEVER get a door tag.
