Shipping Issue

Hi, I recently placed 2 orders online during the weekend, I got two emails saying that my packages were shipped Sep 16th and 17th and I am supposed to get it on the 19th.

However, when I track my orders today, they all said Ontrac had not yet received my packages. I called Ontrac today, they said they don't know what happened, but they never receive my packages, so I called back to Sephora, the beauty advisor insists that both of my orders are on their way to me.  I guess my question is... when will I get my package? This never happened to me and I am kind of confused and frustrated.

I had this happen to me before quite a few times and not just with Sephora, but with other retailers too. So when you get the email notification that your package has shipped it means that the shipping label has been created. Sephora doesn’t ship over the weekend, so they could only start the actual shipping process on Monday. Usually when tracking says a certain day that’s when it happens, probably it will shipped from a warehouse relatively close to you and they are most likely going to fly it to you if it makes any sense. So I live in Northern Nevada and majority of my packages come from Salt Lake. They usually put it on a plane at the very early hours of my delivery day, ship it, unload it around 9-11 am and then put it on the truck at the depo and deliver it on the day. Hopefully it made sense and you get your order soon 🙂

Thank you for the reply, I wait patiently after I read your post, but still... I haven't got my two packages yet. I don't know where they go. I will call Sephora tonight and see if I can get any help from them.
