Points not showing up??
I had about 1623 points of VIB... I went to go check the Sephora app and
now it says I have 0 points! It even says I should sign up for Beauty
Insider, but I already have an account. What’s going on?

Beauty insider account gone
I signed into make a purchase but it’s prompting me to create an insider
account? To even post this forum I think it created a new account!
However I have an account and a ton of points that were fine...
