What’s up with the samples being so off?

I understand certain ones run out, etc. I’m all right with that & usually expect that at least one, sometimes two won’t be what I ordered. However, out of my last two orders I didn’t get one of the samples I asked for and I got shorted again; getting 2 samples instead of 3 in one of the orders. Don’t get me wrong, I love Sephora. I subscribe to Play, Flash Shipping and I’m really close to Rouge level. Nonetheless, if I’m not getting the samples I select at least let me remove them after you’ve already added them to “recently sampled”. I love that portion of the app & it makes it kind of pointless to have all the stuff in there that I have never received (it’s a lot).

I am very sorry that you were shorted on samples and that you did not receive the ones that you have selected. They are limited and switch so quickly!
