order status show “in progress” for few days

Hello!
I placed few orders 3days ago, on Friday 9/14/18. It is now Monday 9/17/18 and my order has not been shipped, and the order status shows as "In Progress."

I really hope Sephora will not be cancelling my order & I really hope someone will help me look into this problem.  

 

I was ordering thru Ebates & already got the amount of cash back, but the status of my order has not yet changed.
