Missing Item

I was so excited for this box until I realized I never got the Radical Reviver. This is so frustrating. How hard is it to count that you have all the items? I under slip ups happen but are you kidding? There are no rooms for errors like this in a multi-billion dollar brand. Either Sephora doesn't care enough about customer satisfaction and schemes their customers in the hopes of them not realizing or the people responsible for overseeing the packages that get shipped to customers (people necessary for your company's success) are incompetent. 

Next-I understand that the customization aspect of personalizing your profile for the Box is great marketing, as it makes your customers feel as if their personal accommodations and requests are being bet. But can you actually use those responses to give your customers what they want. My mom who also has a subscription who specifically selected the options for skin care and anti aging receives almost exclusively products for dry hair (ironic because she also indicated she has oily hair...). The featured products actually geared towards anti aging she rarely receives. Like what?

Seriously get your stuff together this is unprofessional and embarrassing.

Mistakes happen.  Have you reached out to customer service to see what can be done?  If not, that seems to be the logical first step before posting a rant.  

As far as your mother, this makes no sense.  No box is almost entirely hair products, there are always at least two skin care items.  If she isn't getting what she needs, she should go back in and tweak her profile.
