Using my reward points

I currently have 500 points. How or can I use those to pick out my rewards and have those shipped to me online?

Yes, you can redeem your points for rewards online or in store! We release new rewards online every Tuesday and Thursday between 9am-5pm PT 🙂 

Individual rewards of 750 points or more ship for free. You can view our current selection of rewards and add them to your basket here:

If you'd like to check which rewards your local Sephora store has available, I suggest contacting them directly 🙂

Since I don't have 750 pts. the shipping and handling is stating TBD. So I'm not able to checkout..?

Hi @Anonymous,

You can only add rewards that you have enough points for and you must have merchandise in your basket to redeem rewards that are less than the high point rewards.
