Order "shipped" but not picked up
Hello lovely Sephora CS, Can one of the Mods PM me when they see this.
My F&F sale order, which I placed last Friday, was "shipped" on Monday
October 15th but the tracking still doesn't show that USPS...

Ordered on 9.19 and still not shipped

Sample issues?
For a little while, I had finally started receiving the samples that I
selected when I placed my order. Now for the last 2 orders, in September
and October, it is back to receiving random samples agai...

What is Sephora's return policy on opened/used tool?
I know we can return beauty products if it's only sligthly used, but
does the same rule apply for tools/devices (like facial toning device,
LED mask, hair removal device, etc.)?

Missing products!!
I am missing 2 items in my order that I just received today. Is there a

but they used a delivery service called Laser Shipping that apparently
has irresponsible employees.

So, I just bought a highlighter from cover fx and I do not really like
it for a variety of reasons. I would like to return it but I do not have

I found this post while trying to find out the same thing. Were you able
to do the return? Update: Don't bother going to a Sephora inside
JCPenney without a receipt. You have to go to a stand alone store and
they will do the return for you.
