Missing free samples
On at least 5 different occasions I have not received my free samples.
Sometimes I get 1/3 others none at all. Is anyone experiencing the same
issue?

It happened to mine package today. I received 6 packages in the past 2
weeks and 2 of them didn’t come with free samples 😞 sadly...

@TP88 It’s not unheard of, unfortunately. My last order didn’t have any
samples included either. I double-checked my order and I definitely
selected three, so not sure why it happens.

one actually had both my samples-I was amazed. The second one had 1 of

Lame, Laurie, very lame. We’ve noticed the gifts, bonuses, and samples
have gotten cheaper and cheaper. I’m pretty much done with Sephora.
Brands offer GWP and samples. They usually make sure you get the ones
you choose, too, unlike LameSephora. 🙄
