Please help!! I wasn''t rouge so I couldnt use my 20% off until this weekend. My Friday order put me in rouge tier. Now I cannot use my 20% again & I need to place more orders!! I have been trying since last night!! HELP PLZ!! This is so unfair!! 😡😟😟😟 Sephora, PLEASE FIX THIS OR OFFER US ANOTHER COUPON CODE. WE ARE BEING PUNISHED BASICALLY FORBECOMING ROUGE!! I spent hours last night trying to place an order & now many items I wanted are out of stock!! This is incredibly WRONG!!

Thank you very much. I will check ASAP to see if I received it, but I sure hope it comes with the same stipulations as the original code - that it can be used more than once AND that I will have 4 days total to use it, since I could not use my original code!! ** I really think it is a slap in the face to ROUGE members that they are not allowed to use their coupon codes during the other sale weekends. EVERYONE knows that items go out of stock & then usually restock on a regular basis, which is precisely why it makes sense for the code to have the duration it does, AND why it makes sense for us to be able to use it more than once!! As of now, at least 8 of my desired items are now out of stock, 12 items have been discontinued, and others where weekly wows so their prices DOUBLED!!! So, I lost both the ability to obtain the items AND the discount!! Furthermore, many of the items from both week's weekly wows are either discontinued or at full price now, This is a LOSS of $$$ TO ME AND ANYONE ELSE AFFECTED BY THIS. If I have to purchase at Nordstrom for example at full price due to this mix-up, if I have to pay more, then its a loss. **The worst part? I was going to shop during the Neiman Marcus & Macy's sale events 2 weeks ago, and I could've received gift with purchases to boot, but I waited & stayed loyal to Sephora. Now, I am paying the price for being a loyal Sephora shopper. I seriously hope you did not send me a simple one-time use code with an expiration of today.... Also, I think I am speaking on behalf of money Rouge members... Thank you for your time.
