Can’t use VIB after purchasing my order and getting upgraded to rouge

So, I just spent $650 dollars during the VIB sale today, and am now upgraded to Rouge. I went in to purchase another order, and it won’t allow me to use the VIB code again since I just got upgraded to Rouge. I don’t think this is fair 😕

Hi @KimiaRose! For clients that become ROUGE during the VIB promo, you will receive an email with a unique promo code that will let you use the 20% off online or in-store! If you have not received the email, or the code is not working for you, please call us at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) and a representative will be able to help.
