Missing item from online order
For those who has a missing item from their online order, what did you
do? I just got home to open my package from Sephora and realized an item
in the order is missing but is listed in the packing slip. What do I do?

@ceedotlee If you live in Canada or US, call Sephora CS at 1-877-SEPHORA
(1-877-737-4672) regarding your missing item. I had the same issue with
my last online order and they were very professional and prompt with
getting my missing item to me.

Hi CS team, My mom bought me 2 times within this month, November at
Sephora but didn't input into my account. Can anybody help me with

Sample change????
Did Sephora change their online samples from 3-2? If so, my life will
never be the same. I don’t know if anyone is like me but I looooove the
samples! They are one of the highlights of getting my Sephora packages!

Just noticed today that the samples have been changed to two per
transactions. It sucks but I haven't been able to grab any good samples
that suit my skin type/tone the last few times I shopped online...

yes, looks like the change happened over. Why do they keep changing
things for the worse? I love my samples, it's how I've found so may
great products. definitely a reason why I'm spending more money at SDM
these days, awesome points and samples.

this time, the number of complimentary samples clients may select is

Sephora should rethink this. It's a small "price to pay" for customer
retention and up until now, was a perk of shopping at Sephora as opposed
to Ulta. Bad call Sephora.
