I'm trying to purchase an item that was out of stock and I'm a VIB Rouge and the code VIBBONUS doesn't work. Why am I being penalized when I spent so much money this year at Sephora? This doesn't seem right.

OnTrac shipping problem again

This is my 2nd order that OnTrac claims they delivered when they didn’t. I have cameras, and they aren’t on them. I see my mailman dropping off Amazon packages, but not OnTrac. I wish companies would stop using them.
