I never received the email about the upcoming VIB Holiday Bonus. I know
there's a generic code for online use, but what about in-store.... How
do I received my 20% off for an in-store purchase if I didn't get the

the Cast Member with your registered email address so that they can
verify your tier and add your 20% at the time of your in-store checkout.

New Rouge $100 reward
My order got cancelled using rouge $100 rewards. After I contacted
customer support, they told me I will receive a replacement reward in
two days. However, they send me the exact same one with the same code,
which says its already used. SERIOUSLY??!!
