re: About to hit Rouge status

I'm less than $50 away from hitting Rouge status, so I'll hit it when I take advantage of the VIB sale this weekend.

But, if I forget something (just want to treat myself to something new), and want to place a second order (once I've officially hit Rouge will I be able to since Rouge level don't get a discount this weekend???

Once you qualify for Rouge after your VIB purchase an email will be sent to you with additional details on how you're still able to take advantage of the sale! I hope this clarifies. Happy shopping!

Hi Helen,

I placed an order this morning, as as expected I hit Rouge.

I forgot something, and I just tried to place another order and I got an error.

Can you please send me the instructions on how to continue to use the VIB level discount this weekend? (There isn't a customizable set or a google product in order)

No worries! These emails are sent automatically. The system will send this email regarding your tier upgrade once it notices you have reached a new tier. If you want to use place your order now, please contact us via phone at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) so one of our agents can manually add your discount!

Once you have reached your Rouge status the system will automatically send these emails out to you! If you want to place an order now, you contact us via phone at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) so one of our agents can add your discount manually until you receive your Rouge email. Hope this clarifies!

Same here, I just hit Rouge after my first order and was about to place a second order on Sephora USA when it told me I cannot use the discount code!
