I bought huda beauty product and dont like it. so i wanna return it but I purchased it using my mom's credit card and she lives far away from me. Can I refund it as a cash?

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your foundation. When returning an item in store you must have your original receipt and original form of payment. You will not be able to receive a cash refund if a credit card was used. I hope that this answers your question.

how about to return to mail? that doesnt need original form of credit card right?

Mail returns can take up to 3 weeks to process. Additionally, all items mailed in will be refunded to the original form of payment.
