Reduction in Samples Makes Me Sad

I'm very disappointed that the samples have been reduced from 3 to 2. The only reason I shop online is for the samples. I've seen a previous reply was to ask a Cast Member for samples. Well, I don't like to shop at Sephora stores in person because the customer service is lacking. I'm usually ignored and never offered a basket, let alone samples. It seems like the young gals with fake eyelashes and tons of makeup get all the attention from the Beauty Advisors. I am a frumpy, middle-aged woman who works 7 days a week and I'm not going to dress up just to get a salesperson's attention and samples. I'll most likely shop at Ulta, especially since they have Peach and Lily products which I adore.

Thank you for reaching out about this. Samples are a wonderful addition to any order, and I understand the enjoyment of trying new products. I’m sorry the number of samples you can select is limited to two at this time.
