I'm glad I'm not the only one. The app says to join the insider program
and that my birthday is 1800! I know I'm old but I'm not that old!!!!
Plus all my points are gone.

How do we redeem the tier gift? I wanted to redeem the 750pts as I'm a

I emailed customer service and they were helpful in resolving the issue
within 24 hrs. And a Sephora MOD was quick to reply as well. As
frustrating as it may have seemed for me, they were quick to help me.
