Received a broken item
Spoiler (Highlight to read) Does Sephora replaced broken items like this
without having to return? Unfortunately this one is unsafe to handle. I
cut my finger pretty badly when opening!

I did not receive any free samples with my order
Hi, I spent over $200 last week and was expecting 2 free samples to come
with my order and I did not receive any. I understand that in the case
my selections are unavailable, I would get substitutions - yet this was
not the case.

Did you reach Rouge before the gifts changed?
Hi, I reached Rouge early january, I got 750 points as a Rouge gifts.
Now they are saying “we” can choose a 2019 gift and will get another
gift when we reach Rouge. So do I miss out on this because I reached
Rouge “too early”?

You guys do realize that by having no 100 point perks or promos that you are losing business??
I’m not going to order without a promo.. the only one you have right now
is the hourglass foundation and the lightest shade that you are offering
for the promo is at least 5 shades darker than my skin...

Today's Spotlight Saturday ad on the app shows a Sephora Favorites kit

Never received playbox
This is like the 5th time that I haven't received my play box. super
frustrating. i just tracked it again and it is going back and forth
between places. refund me or send a new one out. this is ridiculous. it

Hi @hajra001, You can use your JCP gift card in JCP stores or at
JCP.com. You will not be able to use them at any freestanding Sephora

Can’t use my card
Customer service said i had the wrong billing, so i called my bank and
they changed it and it still doesn’t work so i called them back and they
said its all updated and ready to go and that its on Sephora’s end now,
so i cant use my card still

merge giftcards
Is there anyway I can combine two Sephora gift cards into one? I want to
use all three on an order but can't.If its possible I don't want to have
to order my things over the phone with an assistant.

you can contact customer service at 1-877-SEPHORA for assistance with
