Received a broken item
Spoiler (Highlight to read) Does Sephora replaced broken items like this
without having to return? Unfortunately this one is unsafe to handle. I
cut my finger pretty badly when opening!

I did not receive any free samples with my order
Hi, I spent over $200 last week and was expecting 2 free samples to come
with my order and I did not receive any. I understand that in the case
my selections are unavailable, I would get substitutions - yet this was
not the case.

Did you reach Rouge before the gifts changed?
Hi, I reached Rouge early january, I got 750 points as a Rouge gifts.
Now they are saying “we” can choose a 2019 gift and will get another
gift when we reach Rouge. So do I miss out on this because I reached
Rouge “too early”?

Never received playbox
This is like the 5th time that I haven't received my play box. super

JCP.com. You will not be able to use them at any freestanding Sephora

Can’t use my card
Customer service said i had the wrong billing, so i called my bank and
they changed it and it still doesn’t work so i called them back and they
said its all updated and ready to go and that its on Sephora’s end now,
