$100 Rouge Reward missing

Hi!  

I purchased a rouge reward  with 2500 points on my Jan 10th order and applied it to my account, I went to go check out today and it's no longer there! I don't have the e-mail i was sent to activate the code because it was deleted after i activated it and put it on my shopping cart. here is a c&p of the gift certificate I purchased with points.
