cannot shop online?

Hi, my orders keep getting cancelled. Last year , I had a couple packages come in damaged with missing items so of course I contacted customer service about this issue and it was solved, then I noticed my online orders kept getting bounced back ? So I called customer service and apparently it was a “business decision” that I am now banned from shopping online because of these issues from last year. I am a rouge member who has spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars online at sephora, and what do I get for being a loyal customer? I get punished for it by being banned from online shopping, for something that was not even my fault. If anything I should have been compensated. As a rouge member I can’t even redeem my points for the bigger rewards that are online only, I am very busy and do not have the time to shop in store as I was “invited to”. I am beyond frustrated as I missed out on the holiday collections because of this and I am used to ordering something new every week. I have contacted customer service several times and have not recieved a valid reason as to why I am banned from online ordering. I am asking once again to please have this ban lifted from my account, I really do not want to have to resort to getting this in the news. Thank you.

Customer service actually told me to disregard that message as there is no way to help! I’m so disappointed in Sephora, as a loyal customer I’m just banned from online orders for no valid reason! I actually purposely spent as much as I had to in order to always get free shipping online ( which is the onlyway I shop) as a Rouge, and now my membership is useless!
