I had asked that the replacement be sent out with 2 day shipping to cut down on the amount of time UPS has to [man]handle my poorly cushioned packages, yet it was still sent out regular 3 day. It is 10 days since my original order & now I have a matching set of smashed palette #09. Can we please try again, but this time either use 2 day shipping and/or overnight (at your cost). Or even a different shipper. The interior "packaging" is shameful - a crumpled up piece of paper. Thank you!!
