Wrong Item in Order?

Hi!
I received my order 7328517796, and I think I got the wrong item. I ordered a Sephora Favorites set, and the description says there would be 12 samples in the set, but the one I received only has 8. They're both called Scouted by Sephora though, so could it possibly have been mixed up?

I ordered this kit and emailed CS because I thought I was sent the wrong kit too.  They sent a replacement of the exact same thing and when I emailed again they said they reviewed the listing and that I was wrong and there are only 8 samples.  I feel misled and now that they changed the description, there's nothing I can do.

Update: I had sent Sephora an email that had the same photos as the original post, and they agreed it seemed like I got the wrong item and reshipped my order. But they sent me the same set???

I'm pretty confused now. Customer service told me to call them after told them the replacement was the same as the original order but I don't have a phone and I'm too lazy/busy to get somewhere with a phone I can use so I'll just return the kit. Super dissapointed. Really wanted to try out that Drunk Elephant TLC Sukari Babyfacial. #firstworldproblems lmao

I ordered the same kit and was so disappointed when I received it and noticed that it only had 8 products in it. And it’s missing actually 5 products from the description! The drunk elephant product in the box is not even listed on the description on the site. This is what this box is missing: 3 x Cane + Austin Miracle Pad ** -Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial ** -Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Oil. ** -Skin Laundry Foaming Face Wash -Youth To The People Age Prevention Cleanser. ** ** I really wanted to try these!!! To make a long story short, went to a store, the manager wasn’t very nice, she said there’s nothing she could do, Sehora made a mistake on the site and just copy/paste the description from the USA site (her words). She even said: I love this kit and I will buy it once you leave, let me refund you right now. #wow #customerserviceonfleek The price is great even for 8 products but definitely misleading and false advertising. #notcoolatall

Oh nooo. I'm so disappointed. I really really wanted to try the Drunk Elephant Babyfacial. 

I agree the price isn't bad for what i'm getting. The DE Vitamin C alone is worth about 27$  which is almost 2/3 of the value of the entire kit. But I already have that and the other items aren't really interesting to me. 

Also wow that was a bad customer service experience you had. Sorry you went thru that. I'm too far from any physical sSphora stores so I buy everything online.

I ordered the same kit it better not just have 8 items it better have everything it had listed it hasn't came yet they have been having some kind of situation with the ordering anyhow that is false advertising

I hope it's just a mixup and they sent me the wrong kit!!! I ordered it for the Drunk Elephant Baby Facial which I was super excited about because we can't buy it individually in Canada.
