Why is my package going somewhere else?

My package is supposed to be coming to Arkansas and it was supposed to be here 3 days ago. Right now it is in oxford,MS when it was in Memphis TN this morning.it seems like it’s going everywhere else but MY address! I am not happy. This was my Mother’s Day gift to my mom and it’s not even here no where near it!
