When my box is coming?

Hi there, I paid for my sephora box (monthly) and I didn’t receive anything yet! I need to know what happened, because you charge my card! (:

Hi @camimartinezc,

PLAY! boxes begin to arrive around the 20th of each month. You will receive a shipping notification once your box has shipped along with the tracking number. I hope that this helps.

I didn’t get any notification, Yhe transaction was on august 22nd, I have my subscription number...
